We want you to be able to shop with us without worries. That's why we offer every customer who is not satisfied with our products - the money back guarantee. Our aim is to welcome you as a loyal and returning customer. In the following steps, we will explain how you can make use of your guarantee.

Within 14 days after ordering, send an email to to let us know that you are dissatisfied and why you do not like the product. It is best if you also send a few photos directly. You will automatically receive a refund within 14 days of receiving this email and returning the product.


Irrespective of a statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you the right to return the goods to us within 14 days.

The period for the money-back guarantee begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.

The return of the goods is at your risk. The goods must be in their original packaging (if the goods were delivered in appropriate packaging), complete, unused (if the goods were delivered as new) and undamaged.


Under the aforementioned conditions, we will pay you back the purchase price and any costs incurred by you for the delivery of the goods without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

The money-back guarantee does not limit your statutory right of cancellation or any rights you may have in respect of defects.

The return costs are to be borne by you. This is the case if we have sent you the wrong product or if the product is damaged. This would be if we have sent you the wrong product or the product is damaged.
