In dried form, these tomatoes have the advantage that they taste much more intense and can be kept much longer. If they are pickled in olive oil, they become even more aromatic.
How can you enjoy dried tomatoes?
In many southern countries, tapas are simply part of the evening table culture: after a long day, people gather around the table with friends and family. In order not to force everyone to eat one dish, many different appetisers and delicacies are served in small bowls.
