Shipping Info

Shipment

The processing time for your order is approx. 1 – 2 days. We ship via DHL. After handing it over to our partner, we have no influence on the speed of delivery. DHL usually delivers the packages within 1-2 days.

We deliver to DHL parcel stations. If there are delays of more than three days, we ask for information so that we can react and initiate an investigation.

Please track your package using the tracking number. This will be communicated to you by email.

Shipping

We charge a flat shipping fee of just €3.95 for Germany . We would like to make shipping fair and therefore cover 50% of the costs incurred.
Shipping costs to the EU are only €10.90 if we offer shipping there.

Free Shipping

For a final order value of €85 or more, shipping within Germany is free. This regulation does not apply to international shipments.
